I just wanted to email to say thank you so much for the beautiful work you did in restoring my engagement and wedding rings. Having to have my rings remade due to the original jeweller not making them correctly was really heartbreaking for my husband and I, but your thoughtful and caring nature was very much appreciated. I wanted to say thank you for helping me create the beautiful engagement ring for my new fiancee.  I had been looking at different diamonds and ring designs for a few months, before I was referred to your website.  I was very impressed by the specifications of the diamonds (all GIA-certified) that you were able to offer within my budget, compared to those being offered by Sydney jewellers.
 
I was hesitant to deal with a non-local predominantly via email (naturally), but you were very patient with all the questions I threw at you, you were not pushy, and you let me take my time with decisions.  Your regular visits to Sydney were certainly very useful in deciding on the final purchase.  You were also very accommodating when I asked for design changes at the last minute - very impressive.

I get many many compliments on my beautiful ring.  I spent a long time (hours) on the phone with Nick discussing my requirements, price, setting and general concerns on potentially buying a large expensive diamond over the phone, sight unseen from someone I had never met.  Nick was patient, not pushy, full of information, suggestions, kept in contact during the buying, setting and delivery and exceeded expectations on ALL my requirements whilst also removing any concern I had with online buying. He even flew to Sydney to meet my partner to deliver the ring.  DO NOT hesitate in dealing with Nick. I haven't stopped recommending him or fwding his details to those interested.   I ended up getting the same quality, cut and clarity that I wanted for about $10k less than quoted from reputable stores in Perth.

 My husband and I went to see Nick after finding him on the internet.  Nick assured us that he could design and make a higher quality (not to mention at a great price) replacement for my lost engagement ring.  I loved my original engagement ring and wanted the same design however I was worried that it wouldn't quite look right.  Well.....there was certainly no need to be worried!  It is the same but better!  Better design, higher quality and larger diamond.  You far exceeded our expectations Nick and we thank you very much.

What a lovely surprise to hear from you. I want to tell you how we found the experience of dealing with you when planning to buy an engagement diamond and ring, and then later when wanting to get a dress ring to match the engagement ring.
 
The level of service you gave me over the phone as I wrestled with trying to decide on the perfect diamond was beyond reproach. I still marvel at how patient and accommodating you were, especially since at that time you did not know me from eve. The fact that you offered certified diamonds made me realise that buying a diamond from you was going to be a very different experience.   Then you told me that we could get the certification number inscribed on the girdle of our diamond – and I felt sure that you could be trusted. Later you took the time to teach us how to use the loupe to see the inscribed number!
 
Certainly I worried about paying for the stone before receiving it. However all the time that you had spent talking to me and the reassurance of the diamond grading certificate and inscription on the diamond’s girdle gave me/us great confidence.  After paying for the stone, you kept us informed about the process of getting the diamond and you advised us when it arrived.
 
Then we saw the stone and it was just amazing!!  Again your patience and expertise was on display when working out a ring design.  The ring was made in a very timely manner – and it was well made and stunning.  At least once every day I can see people’s eyes following my hand and I still sit and just look at it  too.
 
You went through the same process with me when I wanted a dress ring to match the engagement ring. We discussed the size of the diamonds, the quality of the stones and the type of ring design that would match the size of my finger. As before, money was paid, diamonds arrived, ring design was discussed, and then the ring was made. Again it was strong and stunning. This ring also catches people’s eyes and with the engagement ring looks simply dazzling.
 
There is absolutely no doubt I would never have been the proud owner of more than 2 carats of ‘D’ colour Princess Cut diamonds without your assistance. We have priced our rings in Hardy Brothers Jewellers and they value at three times the price we paid. Amazing.
 
To anyone who may be considering buying diamonds from somewhere else – don’t.
